Subscription & Plan Purchases

All EXPO Recruits plans (Rookie, MVP, ELITE, ELITE+) are non-refundable, unless otherwise arranged with a site authorizer.

​

Once a plan is purchased, no refunds will be issued—regardless of usage or time remaining in the billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Your current plan will remain active through the end of your paid term.

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing), contact support within 7 days of the charge.

 

One-Time Purchases and Events

​

One-time digital product purchases are non-refundable.

​

Deposits for in-person events or showcases are non-refundable but may be credited toward future events, if approved.

Full event fees may be refundable only if arranged with a site authorizer and depending on the timing of the request.
