Coach West's Journey

While teaching and coaching at the high school level, Coach West recognized a consistent challenge: talented athletes often lacked the exposure and knowledge needed to connect with college programs. Driven by the desire to bridge this gap, he founded Coach West Recruiting, a platform dedicated to guiding student-athletes through the recruiting process.

His mission was simple but powerful—help deserving players get seen by the right coaches. Over time, this grew into a reputation for transparency, hard work, and results.

In just the past five years, Coach West has assisted and placed dozens of student-athletes across multiple sports. His hands-on approach and strong network of college connections helped athletes maximize their opportunities, regardless of where they started.

Most impressively, he closed out his 2025 recruiting class with a 100% placement rate, ensuring that every athlete in his program found a collegiate opportunity. That kind of success speaks volumes about his commitment to both the athletes and their families.
