Alex Cherney is entering his sixteenth year as the Head Baseball Coach at Scottsdale Community College. The Artichokes have won the Region I Championship, the Southwest District Championship, and earned berths in the NJCAA II World Series in 2007, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2018. The 2007 and 2018 squads finished third at the World Series, and the 2009 club earned a second place finish.
